fix: retry token requests that fail with 429 or 5xx - #331
#139 reports that a failing token request is returned to the application instead of being retried. @evansims couldn't reproduce it, and the reason is that the existing test mocks RESTClientObject.request returning 429 responses, which the real method never does.
RESTClientObject.request calls handle_response_exception, which raisesRateLimitExceededError for 429 and ServiceException for 5xx instead of returning the response. The token loop in OAuth2Client._obtain_token checks raw_response.status for 429/5xx to decide whether to retry, but with the real client that code is never reached. The first 429 or 5xx from the token endpoint goes straight to the caller. The same applies to the sync client.
Change, in both openfga_sdk/oauth2.py and openfga_sdk/sync/oauth2.py:
catch RateLimitExceededError and ServiceException around the token request
retry with the existing jitter and min_wait_in_ms until max_retry is reached
501 is not retried, as in the existing status check
when the retries run out, the last error is raised, so callers get the same exception types as before
The existing status-based check stays, so responses returned by a custom REST client behave as before.
Three new tests in both test/oauth2_test.py and test/sync/oauth2_test.py, where the mocked request raises like the real one:
a 500, a 429 and a 503 followed by a token: four requests, and the token is used
500s until max_retry: three requests, and the ServiceException is raised
a 501: one request, and the ServiceException is raised
The first two fail on main; the 501 one passes there too, as expected.
pytest test passes locally: 532 passed, 12 skipped.
ruff check reports the same 4 findings in these two files as on main (SIM102 and BLE001 on unchanged lines), and ruff format is applied.
Notes
Separately, jitter(attempt, 0) raises ValueError: empty range in randrange(0, 0), so min_wait_in_ms = 0 breaks any retry. The new tests use 1 ms; the fix for that is in #332.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
OAuth2 token requests now retry rate-limit and server errors with backoff, while respecting retry limits and not retrying 501 errors.
The token request loop retried on 429 and 5xx by checking the status of
the response, but the REST client raises RateLimitExceededError or
ServiceException for those statuses instead of returning them. The
first failed token request was therefore raised to the caller without
any retry. Catch those errors in the async and sync OAuth2 clients and
retry them, except 501, until max_retry is reached.

The async and sync OAuth2 clients now retry token requests when the REST client raises rate-limit or service exceptions. They use jitter between attempts, stop when the retry limit is reached, and do not retry status 501.

Both clients retry raised rate-limit and service exceptions when retries remain, except for status 501. Tests cover successful retries, retry limits, and propagation of status 501 exceptions.
Token retries work with the default configuration, but configuring zero wait causes retryable token failures to raise ValueError instead of retrying. Merge risk is bounded to this configuration; handle zero wait and add regression coverage.

Explanation
Issue #139 requires the SDK to retry token endpoint errors according to its retry configuration. The reviewed head implements this in both openfga_sdk/oauth2.py and openfga_sdk/sync/oauth2.py. Each wraps the token client.request call in try/except (RateLimitExceededError, ServiceException). On a raised error, if attempt < max_retry and err.status != 501, the code waits jitter(attempt, min_wait_in_ms) and continues. Otherwise it re-raises the error. In openfga_sdk/rest.py, handle_response_exception raises RateLimitExceededError for 429 and ServiceException for 5xx, so the new branch is reachable with the async REST client. The existing status-based check remains for returned responses. The retry limit, the wait function, and the 501 exclusion match that existing check. The last error is re-raised, so callers get the same exception types. The PR describes tests for 500/429/503 retry, retry exhaustion, and 501 non-retry in both test files. I did not run these tests or read the test file contents. Residual risk: with min_wait_in_ms = 0, jitter raises ValueError on retry. The PR documents this and defers it to #332. This is not a #139 requirement. I did not directly confirm that the sync REST client raises for 429 and 5xx. The requirement still holds either way, because returned responses use the existing status check.

Explanation
Every changed area in the whole-PR diff (merge base c5d3305 to head 632025c) supports #139. Source changes: the exception import and the new retry branch in openfga_sdk/oauth2.py and openfga_sdk/sync/oauth2.py. Both diffs contain only these edits. Test changes in test/oauth2_test.py and test/sync/oauth2_test.py add retry tests and a shared client-credentials fixture that the tests use. The raw summary lists no changes to public declarations and no unrelated files. The min_wait_in_ms = 0 problem belongs to the existing jitter function. The PR discloses it and does not change it here, so it is not an unrelated change. I did not inspect the test file contents directly. This assessment relies on the summary for them.

Assert the raised exception is the last error in both exhaustion tests.
The exhaustion tests check only the exception class and the call count. A change that raises the first error instead of the last one would still pass, even though the test docstrings say the last error is raised. Keep the three error objects in a list, then assert that the raised exception is the final one.
